Baseball Finishes 3rd in District with Win over Gainesville

The Aubrey baseball finished third in District 9-4A with a 9-0 win against Gainesville on Friday, April 29.

The Chaps finish with an 20-8-1 overall record and a 8-4 record in district. The Bi-District Championship round of the playoffs will begin on Friday, May 6.  Aubrey will face Kennedale in a 'Best of 3 Series' at 7 pm at home on Friday, May 6.  Game two will be Saturday, May 7 at Kennedale at 11:00am.  Game 3 (if necessary) will begin 30 minutes after Game 2.
