Softball Falls to Celina in Gold Bracket Championship Game

The Celina softball team scored the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning to take a 5-4 win against Aubrey in the Gold Bracket Championship Game on Saturday, Feb. 19 at the Celina Tournament. 

Aubrey went 3-2 in the tournament with wins against Legacy Christian (10-0), Queen City (11-1) and Farmersville (10-1). The Lady Chaps led off the tournament with a 4-3 loss to Sherman before responding with three straight wins.
