Lady Chaps Move to 6-2 in District Play

The Aubrey girls basketball team improved to 6-2 in district play with a 50-15 victory over Gainesville on Friday, Jan. 21.

The Lady Chaps improve to 12-11 overall. 

"The girls did a great job again tonight on the defensive end of the floor and executed better on the offensive end after the first quarter," Aubrey coach Ron Gathright said.

Lexie Temple led the team in scoring with 12 points, and Audrey Beaty followed with 10.
