Jaden Wheeler Signs to Play at Coastal Alabama CC South

Four Aubrey High School student-athletes signed letters of intent on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at a fall signing day ceremony in the Aubrey High School gymnasium. Audrey Beaty (Emporia State, basketball), June Chatterley (U.S. Military Academy at West Point, basketball), Lexie Temple (Houston Baptist, volleyball) and Jaden Wheeler (Coastal Alabama CC, softball) will all continue their athletic careers at college next fall.

Jaden Wheeler will play softball at Coastal Alabama Community College next year. This will be her first year with the Aubrey softball team. She played softball the last three years at Slidell High School in Slidell, La., and was named second-team all-district at the catcher position in 2021.
